These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you the user (“you”, “your”), and Jen Leddy Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), concerning your access to and use of jenleddy.com and our products and services (“services”). This also applies to any other media forms or channels, platforms or applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing and/or purchasing from our Site, you agree that you have read and understood all of these Terms of Service stated here. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you should not use the Site or our services .
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will post the “Last updated” date for these Terms of Service. You will not be specifically alerted to each change, and are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms of Service to stay up to date.
Each Jen Leddy Studios piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order from recycled metals, responsibly sourced stones. Great care is taken in recreating all pieces, however each is made by hand, and beautifully unique, therefore slight variations will exist.
Production time is 5-7 business days. Ready to Ship items will ship within 1-2 business days. Contact the studio for rush orders or expedited shipping, or alternative shipping methods.
All applicable sales taxes will be applied to shipments delivered within the state of Texas.
Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love our jewelry! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item and would like a refund or exchange, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in its original, unworn condition for refunds and exchanges to be honored. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we have replied with approval for your refund or exchange, the item should be packaged carefully (preferably in a small box) and shipped with tracking within 14 days of order receipt (original tracking delivery date). Exchanges require purchase of an $8 flat rate shipping charge, for which a link will be emailed to the customer in the exchange approval email. Please contact us if you have any questions; we are here to help! Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of purchase. Most collection pieces are made to order with an average production time of 5-7 business days. 48 hours after purchase, if production has commenced, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply.
Custom and customized pieces are non-returnable, non-refundable nor exchangeable as they are designed and made specifically for you. Our custom process is extremely thorough, with the option to make adjustments before the final design goes into production. Once confirmed via email as a “yes” or “proceed,” you have agreed to these terms. If, upon receipt of your custom piece, it is not exactly as we discussed and agreed upon, please contact us asap and we will determine a solution.
We will repair jewelry only if you purchased a piece directly from us or through one of our retail partners with a valid receipt. Please contact us for an assessment and quote. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
We accept different forms of payment including credit cards, PayPal, and Affirm.
Domestic orders under $1000 receive free shipping via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business day delivery), tracked with delivery confirmation. Orders over $1000 will receive free UPS 2nd day delivery, insured with signature required, and a phone number is requested for address confirmation.
For orders under $1000, customers may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days) or to UPS 2nd day. Please note that upgrading your shipping does not expedite the production time, only the shipping method. If you would like to request a rush order, please contact us and a small rush fee will apply depending on the piece.
If you have a certain deadline and need a rush order, please contact us and we will accommodate it, if we can, for a small rush fee.
If you’d like to request an alternative shipping method (FedEx), please contact us.
For approved countries, international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. We are currently NOT shipping to the EU given new VAT rules; we apologize for any inconvenience. Insurance is not available for international shipments. Depending on the country, delivery time is approximately 6-10 business days. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility upon receipt. In following USPS international shipping regulations, jewelry (ie. precious metals and stones) cannot be shipped to certain countries. Please check your country's prohibited or restricted items here: http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/ab_toc.htm before purchasing. If a purchase is made and addressed to a country where jewelry is a prohibited item, we unfortunately will not be able to process your order, and will have to cancel your order and refund your payment. To avoid confusion, please contact us prior to placing your order if you have questions regarding an international shipment.
An email notification with tracking information will be sent when the order is complete and shipped.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Disclaimer: Once shipped, the item is no longer in our control, and we are not responsible for loss or other issues caused by the postal service. For Domestic shipments over $1000 that are fully insured, a claim can be filed. Regardless, please contact us asap if there are shipping or delivery discrepancies, and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.
Trademarks & Intellectual Property
Our name, logo and assets, photos, designs (including sketches, prototypes, and final pieces), slogans, and copy content are the property of Jen Leddy Studios LLC. Any use without prior written permission is not permitted.
We reserve the right to make changes and/or limit public access to our website at any time. Updates will be effective from the date stated as published. All terms, conditions, and policies apply to our website jenleddy.com and any of our associated social media platforms.
We collect information you supply to us through our website, email communications, contact or custom forms, orders, and newsletter campaigns. That includes, when applicable, your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. We do not sell or share this information. We also do not collect or store credit card information. We use this information only to send you promotions or for fulfilling orders. However, we do use one or more third-party applications in order to facilitate the processing of your orders. We also use applications to analyze our business, inventory, and other aspects of running our business. We do not have control over these third-party applications and thus cannot guarantee how they use the information collected from our website.
Our website is accessible and available to the general public. It is recommended that individuals under the age of 13 obtain their parent’s consent to conduct transactions on our website since we do not have a way of knowing the age of the individual accessing our website. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from individuals under the age of 13, or send communications to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.
